Why Dental Implants?
Dental implants are the best long term option when it comes to tooth replacement. By using a post that naturally integrates into your jaw bone tissue, this process ensures a long-lasting solution. Implants can replace one tooth or several teeth through dental crowns, bridges, and dentures.
These implant-supported dentures offer a convenient alternative to the sometimes messy, uncomfortable, and hard-to-manage traditional dentures placed with adhesives.
Dental implants are also sturdier than traditional dentures, so they make you feel more secure and confident.
What is a Dental Implant?
A dental implant consists of a post, typically made of a material such as titanium that acts as an anchor for the tooth prosthetic.
For single tooth replacement, an implant abutment provides a platform for the final piece—the prosthetic.
The crown, bridge, or denture fits to the post to provide a tooth replacement that looks natural and feels comfortable.
Using the same technology, we also offer single tooth, multi-tooth and full mouth reconstruction. Guaranteed to look natural and last a lifetime.

What You Can Expect from Claremont Dental Implants
First, an implant dentist will examine your mouth to plan for the optimal placement of dental implants.
At a separate appointment, Dr. Patel or Dr. Fountain will surgically implant the post into bone material. The post will begin to assimilate into your jaw in a process called osseointegration. This secures the implant and provides a stable foundation for the prosthetic tooth.
Once the post is secure, you will then be fitted for your crown, bridge, or dentures.
Our implant dentist in Claremont, CA will ensure your prosthetic fits comfortably, securely, and aesthetically.
